Purpose of Fund: Support the ongoing operation of the Lutheran Theological Seminary – Novosibirsk. Support for the ongoing training of individuals preparing for work in the church of the Siberian Lutheran Church. Support continues so long as the church and seminary remain in existence and are faithful to the Lutheran Confessions as determined by the SLMS. SLMS reserves the right to support the Lutheran Theological training in the other former Soviet countries if there is no longer a faithful representation in Siberia.
